PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document registration method capable of easily registering a stored document in a registration address. SOLUTION: In a document registration method for registering a stored document file in a registration address, access right information is previously set up correspondingly to individual document files including the document file to be registered in order to use respective unregistered document files and the document existence place information and registered address information of the document file to be registered are set up prior to document registration (S1). At the time of registering the document to be registered, the set document existence place information and the registered address information are acquired (S2). All document files are extracted from the document existence place indicated by the document existence place information and the extracted document files are registered in the registration address indicated by the registration address information (S3). At the time of registering the document or after registering the document, the access right information is automatically set up as the access right information of the document file registered in the registration address (S4). |
