SOLUTION: A balanced potential of a conversion electrode 3 for converting NOx into a single gas is polarized into a prescribed value, and the value of the polarized potential is measured relative to other electrodes in the sensor, and the obtained potential difference signal is used as a signal for controlling a voltage applied on a conversion cell. |
