摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a solar battery cell with a high efficient by-pass function which has a non-reflection surface structure for increasing an inverse current without changing an area of a P+ type region formed on the non-reflection surface structure; and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This solar battery cell contains a substrate 1 having a first conductive type; a region having a second conductive type formed on a light receiving face side of the substrate 1; an electrode 7 formed in a region having the second conductive type; and a region 4 which comes into contact with both the substrate 1 and the region having the second conductive type. The cell is disposed so as not to come into contact with the electrode 7, and has a higher concentration than the substrate 1. The substrate 1 has a non-reflection surface structure 13 and a flat part on the light receiving face side. The non-reflection surface structure 13 has a plurality of lattice profiles, and consists of a first part and a second part where a size of the lattice profile is different from the first part. The region 4 of a higher concentration than the substrate is formed in the first part.</p>
