PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating panel for building a house having excellent workability on a construction field and being capable of sufficiently displaying the heat-insulating effect of the house and airtight performance permanently. SOLUTION: Heat-insulating materials 1b are inserted into a space section formed by droopingly providing a stud 1a2 at a central section between an upper frame 1a1 and a lower frame 1a3 in the heat-insulating panel 1 while the heat-insulating materials 1b are inserted into space sections formed by droopingly providing a required number of the studs 1a2 at regular intervals between the upper frame 1a1 and the lower frame 1a3 in the heat- insulating panel 1, and the heat-insulating panel 1 is unified and constituted by connecting a face material 1c, which is formed by extending by a fixed quantity on one side face from the peripheral section of a heat-insulating panel frame body 1a shapedly provided by fitting heat-insulating material holders 2 continued by installing sealing bodies 2d on the external surfaces of approximately U-shaped sectional bottom sections 2a at both side edge sections of the heat-insulating panel 1, the heat-insulating material holders 2, the upper frame 1a1 and the lower frame 1a3 through airtight spacers 3. The heat-insulating panel 1 is inserted, sticking the sealing bodies 2d fast among the heat-insulating material holders 2 and columns 4d while connecting the extending section of the face material 1c to one side face of aggregate 4. |
