PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization TDD system, that includes a master unit and at least two slave units related to the master unit. SOLUTION: This system provides synchronization TDD system, where voice and/or data are transmitted between the master unit (FP) and at least the two slave units (PP1, PP2) relating to the master unit (FP) and also provides the method to be applied in the system. In order to attain direct communication between the slave units (PP1, PP2) in the same system, regardless of the regular transmission of a synchronizing signal from the master unit (FP) to the slave units (PP1, PP2), the slave units (PP1, PP2) of this invention employ a fixed time slot with a frequency not used by the master unit (FP), so that the preparation for the reception of the time slot is ready. The slave units (PP1, PP2) can receive a signal from other slave units (PP1, PP2) of the system to start communication through the time slot.
