PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the flowability of back filling soil. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing for back filling soil comprising solidification agent, water and superplasticizer added to the surplus soil after ground excavation and kneaded, a part or all of the surplus soil after ground excavation is replaced with bubble shield excavation soil. Since the bubble shield excavation soil includes foaming agent, the flowability of the back filling soil replaced with the bubble shield excavation soil is improved, as a result, the flowability is kept held until bubbles are vanished.
