PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor which is light in weight, low in cost and long in operation life. SOLUTION: A gear case 1 in which a motor 3 and a gear decelerator 5 are stored, a gear cover 2 which is engaged with a gear case 1 and supports the gear decelerator 5, a motor bracket 8 which has a protrusion 8a along an outer circumference of a motor pinion gear 4a, grease 6 lubricating the gear decelerator 5 and a spacer 9 filling a space, which is surrounded by the protrusion 8a of the motor bracket 8 and a rib 2a, which protrudes on the inside of the gear cover 2, along the outer circumference of the motor pinion gear 4a, and is formed on the side opposite to the deceleration gear group are provided. The grease 6 is blocked by the spacer 9.
