PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device that adopts a configuration of supplementing the correction of a feature quantity to obtain an image after proper gradation conversion processing so as to easily obtain a desired image even when automatic extraction of the feature quantity used for the gradation conversion processing is failed. SOLUTION: A feature quantity generating means 115 automatically generates plural 2nd feature quantities (correction feature quantities) from a 1st feature quantity of an object image obtained from a feature quantity extract means 114. A gradation conversion means 116 generates the plural 2nd gradation conversion images by the application of the gradation conversion processing to the object image on the basis of the 2nd feature quantities obtained by the feature quantity generating means 115. A display means 111 displays the 2nd gradation conversion images obtained by the gradation conversion means 116.
