PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner replenishing container provided with a handle 15 and a locking member 51 for locking or unlocking the turning the handle 15, which is constituted so that the operation of the member 51 is smoothly and surely performed and an energizing means 51c energizing the member 15 to a locking position has only to be installed at only one spot, so that space saving is realized. SOLUTION: This container is provided with the locking member 51 moving to freely reciprocate between the locking position and an unlocking position, and the energizing means 51c energizing the member 51 in either direction, and provided with a regulating means 15q regulating the posture of the member 51 when the member 51 is displaced against the energizing force of the means 51c. The member 51 is made annular and engaged with the cylindrical projecting part 12g of a container main body 11 by loose fit. The means 51c and the means 15q are installed at positions where they are nearly opposed across the center of rotation of the member 51. The means 15q is a rib-shaped projection formed on a turning member 15 and regulates the posture of the member 51 at the unlocking position. |
