PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated heat exchanger plate enhancing the fluidity of refrigerant, realizing the miniaturization of a heat exchanger, contriving the optimum heat exchanging performance and improving the durability and the heat exchanger using it. SOLUTION: Beads 25 formed at the heat exchanging part 23 of a plate are arranged regularly. The ratio (S/L) of the area (S) formed by the center line of the two bead lines of these beads that are adjacent widthwise to the width (L) of the heat exchanging part is 0.89 mm <=S/L<=1.5 mm. The channel interval (Gs) between a refrigerant discharging side flange 29 at the heat exchanging part and the bead adjacent to it widthwise is 0.15 mm<=Gs<=1.6 mm. In a manifold, the length and width of one side slot 22 are smaller than those of others. Three vertical beads 26 are formed at the lower part of a cup 21 connected with the semi-cylindrical manifold, and the outside channels of the vertical beads at both sides among these are closed.
