PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that communication with a distributor by using an incoming link to a distribution company form the side of a receiver is complicated on the distribution of contents information and that distribution takes time in the case of using a portable terminal. SOLUTION: The contents information which is transmitted by a one-way communication system such as a digital broadcasting system, and information attached to the contents information are received by the receiver. Next, based on a user's instruction, at least a part of the contents information and the attached information is downloaded to a storage medium which is loaded in the receiver and stores a prepaid amount. In addition, accompanying the purchase of the contents information, charging processing is performed based on the prepaid amount and the price of the contents information. Thus, it is completely unnecessitated to use the incoming link before the charging processing. |
