PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of helping a transactor to make a judgment regarding the confidence of a customer before a new transaction is started by using information recorded through an information communication network. SOLUTION: A function is provided which records evaluations regarding the past transaction contents of transactors as to the attitudes and transaction results of the transactors by using the information communication network and a database, and enables a new transactor to refer to the records at need.
