PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection request managing device in information communication network system, with which processing can be accelerated, efficiency can be improved and costs such as connection charges can be reduced. SOLUTION: When a connection request 200 of a client computer PC1 is not suitable as a result of analysis due to a connection request analytic part 1 based on preserved information in a data base part 3, the transfer of the connection request 200 to an HTTP information analytic part 2 is cut off but when the connection request 200 is suitable, it is transferred through the HTTP information analytic part 2, a WWW proxy server 102 and the Internet 103 to a WWW server 101 and communication information 201 is returned from the WWW server 101 to the HTTP information analytic part 2. When the HTTP information analytic part 2 decides that the communication information 201 is suitable, it is preserved in the data base part 3 and transferred to the connection request analytic part 1 later. When the communication information 201 is not suitable, the transfer of the communication information 201 to the connection request analytic part 1 is cut off.
