PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the data transforming method of an electronic map capable of diplaying a mark at a proper position by using positional data of the specific place obtained from other maps. SOLUTION: Positional data of a specific place (a) are transformed by making the position of a place where is included in common in two maps a datum point (b) and by making a distance (x) and a direction (θ) from the datum point (b) to the specific place (a) intermediation. For example, an intersection which is near the specific place and whose name is recorded in map data is used as the datum point (b). |
