INFRARED RAY THERMAL TREATMENT DRY SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A dry system using infrared ray thermal treatment is provided to improve the external appearance of an input device and quality by rapidly cooling the input device thermally treated with infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: A dry system has a hexagonal thermal treatment chamber(20) having front and rear openings and an infrared lamp(22) radiating infrared rays to the inner side or the upper face of the thermal treatment chamber. A conveyor belt(30) for feeding such an input device(6) as a touch panel or a digitizer is penetrated through the thermal treatment chamber. The conveyor belt is made of Teflon, a mesh belt is applied to the conveyor belt. A cooling unit(40) is installed in the rear end of the thermal treatment chamber to rapidly cool the touch panel passing through the thermal treatment chamber from 200deg.C to 35deg.C. As the input device is cooled rapidly, percent defective is decreased while the external appearance of the input device is improved.
