A method for primary health diagnostics by performing a comprehensive assay of urine sample daily at home. The method involves for assaying a broad of analytes of interest in an urine sample - processed by immunoassay and urinalysis reagen t tests in different formats. The method comprises performing multiple immunoassays and urinalysis reagent test of urine sample by either automated or manual manner day-to-day at home; capturing the image results showed by the test device from differen t formats by a single or multiple charge-coupled device (CCD) which acts as an analyzer; inputing the data to a personal computer or a micro-processor day-by-day; processing and analyzing the data and storing it in a database; making the diagnostic report based on accumulated data at a set period.
