PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent display colors from being deteriorated in the case of displaying gradation. SOLUTION: In the case of displaying gradation in respective field periods, liquid crystal is reset by being applied with a prescribed voltage surely. As a result, a previous display state becomes a constant state certainly, gradation to be displayed becomes normal gradation and display colors are prevented from being deteriorated.
