PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a loop type heat pipe that is capable of supplying the liquid 13a of working fluid to the surface of the inner periphery of the first wick 2 efficiently and is capable of always operating stably in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The first wick 2 that is enclosed in an evaporator to transport liquid to the heating part inside the evaporator by the force of a capillary tube is provided with an inner periphery groove 35 for transporting the liquid 13a of working fluid lengthwise of the wick, and moreover the inner periphery groove 35 is provide with a liquid supplying part 24 for supplying the liquid 13a of the working fluid. Thereby, the liquid 13a of the working fluid is supplied to the whole surface of the inner periphery of the wick in a simple structure.
