PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled capable of ensuring stable modulation precision. SOLUTION: Tongue pieces 3a are formed projecting at corner parts of a shield case 3 attached to a base plate 2 of voltage controlled oscillator 1, when the oscillator 1 is mounted on a main base plate 4, the tongue pieces 3a are made in press contact with a shield cover 5 of a set side. Since the high frequency potential of the shield case 3 of the oscillator 1 and that of the shield cover 5 of the set side become equal to each other through the tongue pieces 3a, an electromagnetic field is not generated between the shield case 3 and the shield cover 5, thereby ensuring the stable modulation precision.
