摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for storing electric energy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce resistance, increase electrostatic capacity, improve productivity and yields, and realize a terminal capable of reducing resistance. CONSTITUTION: An ion conductive gel-type polymer electrolyte separator is formed on an electrode(120). The electrode(120) is wound at least one turn earlier than the opposite electrode(125). The opposite electrode(125) is then wound along with the electrode(120). That is to say, a length of the electrode on which the ion conductive polymer electrolyte separator is formed is longer than that of the opposite electrode(125) at a starting point of winding of the electrodes(120,125). The electrode on which the polymer electrolyte separator is formed is longer than the opposite electrode on an ending point of winding of the electrodes(120,125), so that an end of the electrode(120) having the polymer electrolyte separator thereon can not be positioned on the opposite electrode(125). If the electrode having the polymer electrolyte separator thereon is wound together with the opposite electrode simultaneously and the end of the electrode having the polymer electrolyte separator thereon is positioned on the opposite electrode, a risk of short between the two electrodes is highly increased.
