PURPOSE: Disclosed are an apparatus and method for manufacturing sandwich pre-cast block for construction to gain pre-cast block having economical efficiency easily without separate interior and exterior material sticking work in constructing by mixing various instructive materials for human body and forming interior and exterior material. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing sandwich pre-cast block for construction comprises first step to make interior material, exterior material and insulation material separately by mixing mixture; second step to inject interior material, exterior material and insulation material of the first step into three-stage shape frame being composed of interior/exterior material frame(122,124) and insulation material frame(126); third step to remove moving partition(130) to cut off penetrated part between interior/exterior material frame(122,124) and insulation material frame(126), to pressurize shape frame(120) inside with press; fourth step to pick out pre-cast block by separating the shape frame(120) from pre-cast block; fifth step to dry pre-cast block with steam pressure; sixth step to complete product by natural drying pre-cast block. |
