PURPOSE: A plastic liquid crystal display is to improve an adhesive strength by supporting a substrate with a sealant and coating an epoxy on an outer of the substrate, thereby enhancing a reliability of the device. CONSTITUTION: An upper substrate(2) and a lower substrate(4) are prepared. A liquid crystal injection space is formed between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. The upper substrate and the lower substrate are formed with a flexible plastic material. A transparent electrode is patterned on an opposite surface of the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and an insulating layer and an alignment layer are stacked on the substrate. Polarizing plates(12,14) are attached to an outer of the plastic substrate. A sealant(6) is printed using an epoxy resins. After coating the epoxy(20), liquid crystals(8) are injected through an injection hole and an end member(10) is sealed.
