PURPOSE: The system and method for the sports rebroadcast service via the network is provided to enable a user to participate in the sports rebroadcast by the interactive communication with a sports caster. CONSTITUTION: The user watches and participates in the sports rebroadcast via a user computer(100). A spa-chatter(an abbreviation for sports announce chatter) system(200) enables the user to participate in the sports rebroadcast. The Internet(300) is a path for the data between the user computer and the spa-chatter system. A web server(400) manages a web page related with the sports rebroadcast of the Internet. A CGI(Common Gate Interface)(500) delivers the request of the user to an application program and returns the result back to the user. A telnet server(600) enables many users to access to the sports rebroadcast receiver. A DB server(700) calls and manages a lot of information.
