PURPOSE: A coil spring shock preventing device is provided to control the movement of a vehicle due to the dispersion of a coil spring composing a suspension system. CONSTITUTION: Multiple pad(60) for cushioning and sound absorption are inserted between windings composing a coil spring(30). The pads are hollow cylinders made of rubber and formed perpendicularly with the forming direction of the coil spring. One ends of the pads placed on the outer side of the coil spring are connected with each other by a connecting part(70). Hooking parts(80) are integrally formed on the inner end of the pads correspondingly with the gaps between the windings when a vehicle stops to prevent the pads from being detached from the coil spring.
