The primary part has a support section and a holder section between which is a larger-diameter retention section. Back-tapered sections with a support surface are formed on the outward and inward pointing sides towards the retention section. A secondary part (2) with a section (5) supporting the replacement tooth (3,4) and next to a bracing part (6,7) clamps the secondary section onto the primary part by means of two spaced apart arms (8,9) . The outer arm (9) fits into the back-tapered part of the holder section; the inner arm (8) rests against the support surface of the support part.
