Thermoplastic elastomer material, especially for calender-forming, obtained by dynamic thermal treatment of a mixture based on oil-extended olefin-copolymer rubber and a special polypropylene resin comprising a propylene homopolymer (first segment) and a statistical propylene-ethylene copolymer (second segment) with specified properties. Thermoplastic elastomer material (I), especially for calender-forming, obtained by the dynamic thermal treatment of a mixture comprising (A) 40-95 wt% oil-extended olefin copolymer rubber containing 100 parts by weight (pts. wt.) rubber with a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 100 deg C) of 120-350 and 20-150 pts. wt. mineral oil plasticizer and (B) 60-5 wt% polypropylene resin comprising a propylene homopolymer (first segment; b1) and a statistical propylene-ethylene (PE) copolymer with an intrinsic viscosity (in tetralin at 135 deg C) of 0.5-6.0 dl/g and an E/P wt. ratio of 10/90-60/40 (second segment; b2), in which the wt. ratio of (b1)/(b2) = 95/5-50/50. Independent claims are also included for (i) a method for the production of sheet products by calender-forming material (I); (ii) sheet products obtained by this method.
