PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker system that is less in time base relation disturbance than that of a conventional technology, can reproduce complicated waveform of low frequencies such as a music tone with fidelity and has a wide service area for a sound field space. SOLUTION: A loudspeaker enclosure 10 is formed cylindrical and structured such that the enclosure substantially is fixed to cover a loudspeaker unit 1 at an upper side bottom of the cylindrical shape except a front side and a rear side of a diaphragm 4 and has an opening 10c at a lower bottom of the cylindrical shape, and a weight 13 is fixed to the rear of a magnet 2 via support rod 7. This weight 13 acts as a damper and suppresses vibration from the magnet 2 to the support rod 7 by holding the support rod 7 in substantially vertical direction and connecting the magnet 2 acoustically and virtually to the ground.
