The invention relates to a covering for the resting place for small or large animals. The covering consists of a film cushion (2) which covers the resting place and which is filled with water. Said film cushion consists of watertight cut-to-size sheets which are connected to one another at the margins in a sealing manner. In order to give said covering for the resting place of an animal sufficient dimensional stability, the film cushion (2) is flat, thin and flexible across its surface area and is provided with an elastic reinforcement rim (5) on the outer circumference thereof. |
