<p>Content is provided from a network node in response to a request from a network user in accordance with user profile information that is automatically communicated by the user, without a database of information that identifies users. When the user requests content from a suitably configured network node, the user profile information is automatically provided to a delivery system server, which processes the user profile information with filtering to determine the content to be delivered to the user. The delivery system server provides the user's browser with the URL of directed content at a content server, which is then contacted by the user's browser and which then provides content.</p> |
