<p>The present invention relates to processing the data produced by a telephone exchange, the transfer of the data through a transfer medium to a receiving equipment, and outputting of the processed data in the receiving equipment on a screen or paper. The data are processed in the telephone exchange to reduce the amount of data transferred through the transfer medium. This will be accomplished by using fixed forms in the exchange and the receiving equipment. A form will be used to separate the binary data of the specified fields from the data pre-processed in the telephone exchange. The receiving equipment will use a form that corresponds with that of the telephone exchange to separate the incoming binary data into the parts specified in the form, and each part will be attached to the field indicated by the corresponding identifier information.</p> |
