The invention relates to a novel multi-purpose appliance comprising one or more tap outlets and at least one touch-sensitive switch for actuating the solenoid valve and generating pulses for said valve which comprises an integrated compensator. The inventive appliance can be provided with a placing and a collecting possibility for unused liquids. Said appliance is used for drawing non-alcoholic liquids that are or are not provided with an oxygen addition in the cooled or uncooled state.
