APPARATUS FOR DIVIDING VOICE NOTIFICATION MESSAGE BY EXCHANGE NUMBERS AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus for dividing a voice notification message by exchange numbers and a method thereof is provided to easily arrange the exchange numbers between a VMS(Voice Message System) and an SMSC(Short Message Service Center) by using a VRS(Voice Routing Server) capable of determining the routing route of a voice notification message. CONSTITUTION: A voice message server(100) outputs a voice notification message to a routing server(200) in response to the receiving of a voice message from a subscriber terminal. The routing server(200) comprises a prefix table for storing the information by which a specific exchange number is routed to a specific SMSC, and outputs the voice notification message to the SMSC(300), referring the routing information stored in the prefix table according as the voice notification message of the voice message from the voice message server(100) is received.
