<p>A autoregulatory expression vector is provided which comprises a nucleic acid sequence encoding reverse tetracycline transactivator which binds to a tet operon containing promoter in the presence of doxycycline thereby inducing expression of a protein of interest. The vector finds application in gene therapy in the treatment of chronic conditions displaying relapsing symptoms.</p> |
