APPARATUS AND METHOD OF BURNING SLUDGE FLUIDIZED BED USING HEAT RECOVERY EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE: A sludge fluidized bed incinerator using a heat recovery equipment is provided to increase incinerating amount, to compact of an incinerator and cut down a mounting spot, working time and installation costs by using the circulating system technology of dispersed ash and a water-cooled dispersing plate. CONSTITUTION: A sludge fluidized bed incinerator consists of: a fluidized bed incinerator(100) mixing/incinerating waste sludge with inflammable material; an air chamber(102) mounted on a lower side of the incinerator; a heater(106) including a burner(104) for heating the fluidized bed incinerator; an air blower(108) injecting combustion air into the burner; an air nozzle(110) injecting the burned air of the burner into the incinerator; a waste heat boiler(112) collecting heat of combustion gas; an upper and a lower drum(114,116) keeping cooling water therein; a water-cooled dispersing plate(118) preventing the bottom of the fluidized bed incinerator from being distorted through the cooling water from the lower drum; a cooling water circulating pipe(120) circulating the cooling water to the water-cooled dispersing plate, a pre-board of the fluidized bed incinerator and the upper drum from the lower drum; an air preheater(122) preheating a part of air blowing into the burner; and a preheated air feed pipe(124) flowing the preheated air into the air chamber. Dispersed ash is collected and circulated through a dispersed ash collector(128) and a dispersed ash circulator(130). Therefore, the remaining time in the incinerator is lengthened and the gas remaining time of a furnace is reduced.
