PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a ready to eat food product of concentrated beef bone stock which is easily and instantly cooked and has rich nutriments and flavor. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing a ready to eat food product of concentrated beef bone stock, comprises the steps of: washing 100kg of beef bones; placing the washed bones in a pot with 150L of water then heating them at 120 deg.C and 1.2 atm for 10 hours to extract its nutrient substances; putting the extract in a container then cooling it; removing floating wax from the surface thereof; then separating and removing animal fat by using an fat separator to obtain beef bone stock concentrate.
