PURPOSE: A part installation method and its structure are provided to install a part with protrusive pins to the other part with walls placed narrower than the gap between the protrusive pins such as a body of a cast. CONSTITUTION: The installation method comprises three steps. The first step is to form an engaging hole(214) having diameter larger than those of protrusive pins(222, 223) of the second part(220) and a screw(215) formed in the inner circumference thereof on either of two walls(212, 213) of the first part(210) and a supporting part(217) on the other of the walls. The second step is to incline and insert one of the protrusive pins of the second part to the engaging hole so that the other protrusive pin is inserted between the walls to be supported by the supporting part. The third step is to install a hollow bolt(230) with a penetrating hole(234) formed on the center thereof for the protrusive pin inserted into and a screw(232) formed on the periphery thereof to the engaging hole with diameter larger than that of the protrusive pin.
