LIPOPHILIN COMPLEXES FOR USE IN CANCER DIAGNOSIS AND THERAPY

Compositions and methods for the therapy and diagnosis of breast, ovarian and prostate cancer are disclosed. Compositions may comprise one or more lipophilin complexes, which comprise at least two different lipophilin-like polypeptides linked by disulfide bonds. Such compositions mat be used for the prevention and treatment of breast, ovarian and prostate cancer. Diagnostic methods based on detecting the presence of such complexes, or antibodies thereto, in a patient are also provided.
