An electrically conductive metallic layer (3) is provided as an electric circuit in the subdivided chain sections (4a,4b) of a three-layered plastics wall, such that the subdivided chain sections are connected by a magnetic switch (1). An electrically conductive medium (5) is filled and enclosed by the metallic layer and the subdivided chain sections of the plastics wall.
