PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a contact luminous device is provided to improve luminous brightness by forming a hydrophobic layer on the surface of the contact luminous device. CONSTITUTION: In a method of manufacturing a contact luminous device, an ITO layer(11) is formed using a paste composed of a conductive substance. A phosphor layer(12) is formed on the ITO layer using a phosphor powder on which a dielectric polymer paste, a delay solvent and a dopant are doped. A reflective layer is formed on the phosphor layer using a TiO2 particle, an acrylate group polymer binder, xylene and toluene. An insulation layer(13) is formed on the reflective layer. A hydrophobic layer is formed on the insulation layer. The hydrophobic layer is composed of polysiloxane solution which is made by mixing and polymerizing trialkoxy silane, alcohol and acid with a desired ratio. |
