PURPOSE: A search board is provided to offer the corresponding Internet site to a user's terminal by inputting a search word or a web address by a pop-up menu of a search board capable of inputting a search word and/or a web address when a user inputs a key or a mouse at a predetermined position of the user's window. CONSTITUTION: If a user inputs a designated key on a window, a position of a mouse point or a cursor on the current window is detected and a search board program is executed and popped-up at a predetermined position including the detected position(S200¯S240). If a using period of the popped-up search board is not completed, the user inputs a web address or a search word in an information input space and clicks a connection executing command input portion, thus a page including summary contents and web address of an Internet site related to the inputted web address or the search word is provided on user's window(S260¯S300). The user recognizes the completion of the using period through an alarm being indicated in the search board and clicks a predetermined position in the search board, thus a home site of the search board is connected and another advertisement is inserted in an advertisement portion, and the using period of the search board is extended.
