Disposable shorts comprising a shorts member consisting of a first sheet at the outermost layer and a second sheet on the inner side of the first sheet, an absorbing element provided on the second sheet on the inner side of the shorts member, and a trunk fitting elastic member held between the first and second sheets, characterized in that absorbing element fixing sheets each folded back to form an upside portion and downside portion are disposed on the right and left portions of the downside of the absorbing element with the upside portions of the respective absorbing element fixing sheets joined to the lower surface of the absorbing element and the downside portions thereof to the upper surface of the second sheet, whereby the absorbing element does not get twisted and the lateral leaking of urine can be prevented even when disposable shorts is formed by using a thin absorbing element.
