The compound component comprises a structural part(1a) and deformation element. A honeycomb matrix component(2) by its end face(6) and the structural part are joined together by adhesive so that the compound component can withstand forces at right angles to the direction of deformation. The structural part has a support ring(3) in which located the end face of the matrix component, and the generated surface(4) of the matrix component is glued at least partially to the support ring.
