<p>A PFT apparatus (1) comprising a computing unit (50) for determining by calculation a most suitable dose rate of a label substance T on the basis of radiation data extracted for each frame from a region K concerned of a portion H to be measured in such a way that the radiation density in the region K is constant independently of the physiological state (such as blood flow rate) of a subject S; and a dose rate control unit (60) for feedback-controlling the rate of dose of the subject S with the label substance according to the determined most suitable dose condition. A change of the amount of accumulated label substance T in the region K after the dose of a drug Y under test is accurately and simply determined as a change of radiation density in real time, and the results of measurement can be grasped quickly and easily.</p> |
