The folder has a front and rear cover (12) which are joined in one piece by means of a folded or stamped spine (14).A window (16) is punched out of the front folder-cover. A flat pocket element (20) is joined to at least two edges (22,22') at right angles to each other on the front cover. The flat pocket element together with the front cover define an insertion pocket (18) for printed matter visible through the window opening.
