PURPOSE: An oil filtration unit for a tap selector switch is provided in which a filter insert is set up so that it is simply fixed, and the filter insert is easily separated if it is necessary to do so. CONSTITUTION: In an oil filtration unit for a tap selector switch equipped with oil circuits of switching oil for switching contacts of the tap selector switch, the oil filtration unit comprises an upright cylinder(2) which is equipped with a pressure vessel(1) capable of contacting the oil circuits, and a lid(3) and a base which are sealingly mounted on a flange(4) surrounded in a circular form at the upper part of the upright cylinder in such a manner that they can be separated; and an oil filter insert(18) which is installed inside the pressure vessel of filter oil of the oil circuits in such a manner that it can be separated from the pressure vessel, wherein the cylinder flange is equipped with an inward projected flange part which is formed in an annular shape inside the cylinder, and the filter insert is equipped with a collar(24) set up on the flange part suspending the filter insert(18) at the cylinder.
