MECHANICAL STRUCTURE FOR INSTALLING DIFFERENTIAL REINFORCING BARS

PURPOSE: Mechanical installing structure of differential reinforcing bars is provided to easily install the reinforcing bars and to sufficiently fill a concrete by sticking an installing member the end of the reinforcing bar. CONSTITUTION: A flange(5) is stuck to a differential reinforcing bar to form a protruded portion in the end of the differential reinforcing bar. A male screw having forging typed screw thread is formed in the reinforcing bar. A female screw(4) is formed in an installing member(3). A flange(5) is formed in the installing member to generate the drawing resistance. The reinforcing bar and the installing member are combined without sliding by flatly processing the end of the reinforcing bar and pushing the reinforcing bar into the installing member through the screw thread. A construction process is convenience without forming a hook in the end of the reinforcing bar. Moreover, a filling operation for preventing a slip is unnecessary.
