PURPOSE: A meat holder and a manufacturing method of the meat holder for a roast grill are provided to roast meat at the edge of the grill at the same time as meat in the middle by distributing combustion heat to all parts of a meat holder regularly through an aluminium film and to keep remaining well-done meat warm even though grill fuel is ignited completely. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium film(402) fills the inside of a cylindrical stainless pipe(401). The stainless pipe filled with the aluminium film is cut and pressed. A rectilinear path(403) is formed lengthwise outside the stainless pipe, and a circumferential path is formed in a circumferential direction with integration with the rectilinear path. Thereby, a meat holder(42) is manufactured. The cylindrical stainless pipe is filled with the aluminium film having high thermal conductivity. When a roast grill having the meat holder is used, fuel in a body is ignited. Heat therefrom is conducted regularly over the meat holder supporting meat even though the heat is distributed concentrically to the middle of the meat holder. Thereby, meat at the edge of the grill is roasted at the same time as meat in the middle. When the fuel is ignited completely, the heat is kept for a long time. Therefore, the remaining well-done meat is kept warm.
