PURPOSE: A device for preventing howling of video display implement is provided to remove a noise displayed on a screen by preventing a howling generated in operation of a video display implement. CONSTITUTION: An audio signal process unit(100) processes an audio signal output from a video display implement. A micom(101) records a frequency band to attenuate and attenuation size data in the audio signal processed in the audio signal process unit(100). A digital filter unit(102) receives the audio signal output from the audio signal process unit(100) and filters the frequency to attenuate by a control signal of the micom(101). An audio amplification unit(103) amplifies the audio signal filtered by the digital filter unit(102). A speaker(104) outputs the amplified audio to outside.
