The inventive device comprises a breather tube composed of two parts jointed with the aid of a hinge, and a low frequency air oscillation generator equipped with a vibration chamber, formed by a body of rotation expanding to the top, having a ball placed therein. An input channel of the vibration chamber is embodied in the form of a valve seat and connected to the breather tube. An output channel is provided with an outlet branch pipe additionally connected to the breather tube with the aid of a diverter channel equipped with a respiration valve.
