This urgent signal transmitting transmitter (20), using an algorithm transmitter, can be reduced in size and weight and is convenient to carry. Since the transmitter (24) transmits a distress signal based on a GMDSS distress signal regulation, a GMDSS rescue system can be used in rescuing victims to enable quick rescuing activities covering the entire globe.
